Music Director Designate Garry Walker conducts Martinů The Greek Passion for Opera North

Garry Walker, recently announced as Opera North’s new Music Director, launches the company’s 19/20 season conducting a new Christopher Alden staging of Martinů The Greek Passion to rave reviews:

He continues his tenure as Chief Conductor of the Staatsorchester Rheinische Philharmonie with a busy concert season to include a return to Het Concertgebouw Amsterdam in June, following their highly successful debut last year.
